We are looking for an experienced finance associate with experience of having worked in a digital payments company to join our Business Operations team. This role is required to deliver daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports of merchant transactions and other burn expenses triggered by promotions such as cashbacks, discounts and so on. The role is key from the perspective of verifying essential transactions data across data sets, ensuring regular escalations of unreconciled transactions are conducted.

Responsibilities

Gathering data from various sources for reconciliation
Obtaining product understanding to develop reconciliation logics
Managing escalations for unreconciled amount with our service providers

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
3-5 years of experience in finance operations or reconciliation, preferably in a digital payments company.
Excellent data management skills Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or SQL is preferred
Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process
Understanding of digital payments infrastructure in Indonesia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and product daily and timely outcomes
