Experience & Qualification:
- 2 to 4years of experience in Live content, short video, or creative space such as influencer content management or studio productions.
- Strong Communication Skills – English & Bahasa Indonesian both.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and network.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in entertainment and short-format content space would be a bonus.
- In-depth knowledge and exposure to variety of content, industry insights and an aptitude for networking; Eye for upcoming trends and events in the industry.
- Should be comfortable working over the weekends at times (Not every time).
- Highly collaborative, flexible, responsible, accountable & detail oriented.
Key Deliverables:
- Create partnership strategy with event organizers such as universities, MCN agencies, music festivals, publishers, and production houses to ensure team objectives.
- Drive partnership proactively from ideation to final execution with external stakeholders.
- Develop Live content formats and IPs basis data insights and external trends.
- Scout the best talent across social platforms, via MCN agencies or via partnerships
- Lead live shows operations end to end and streamline the daily ops by closing by working with creators, creator agency as well as the creative agency.
- Educate the creator community regarding the App features via one-on-one sessions.
- Create and maintain live calendar to streamline efforts.
- Monitor, track & report content and creators, and creative agency feedback and collate the information for the larger teams.
- Flexible in working on the ground for various internal as well as external events with influencers.
- Preparing weekly reports on influencers performance and suggesting recommendations of influencers for the live shows based on the reports.
