Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and review new affiliates through various channels including affiliate marketplace, search engine, social networks, online advertising, conferences, etc.
- Respond to affiliates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Execute the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program including managing affiliate applications, deployment of creative assets, monitoring affiliates’ performances, etc.
- Prepare end-of-month reports and share with various regional and global marketing teams
- Create newsletters to inform affiliates on program updates and promotions
- Work closely with affiliate lead to identify opportunities, plan and execute activation and optimization efforts to effectively grow the program
- Work cross-functionally with different teams from business development, design, brand marketing, finance, regional and global marketing team to continue growing the affiliate channel and ensure the program runs smoothly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of affiliate marketing experience
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and presentation skills
- Data driven, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
- Ability to travel when needed to conferences or partnership related events
- Fluency in Korean, Thai or Portuguese is a plus
