About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance) to scale our finance and strategy function. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, this is a high visibility role where you will be primarily working with department heads to drive business performance and support key strategic decisions. You will also play a critical role in translation data into insights, supporting the business planning processes, and facilitating decision making across the Company. 

You should have / be

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into key insights
• Highly attention to details and strong ownership of work
• Self-motivated, independent, and hands-on with a get it down mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good project management and prioritization skills

Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support teams in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Support long term strategic and financial planning
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers and next steps
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking at the global level
• Drive ad-hoc commercial and ROI analysis

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience preferably in FP&A or corporate finance
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail company is a plus
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis 
• Proven ability to make decisions independently
