Senior Agile Coach

- Provide program and team level coaching of department or program teams on Agile practices, principles, roles, artifacts, mechanics and ceremonies.
- Leading teams and their partners as they learn and adopt Agile practices by supporting them through coaching, mentoring, facilitating and teaching.
- Perform similar activities where Agile support is needed for initiatives not using Scrum.
- Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team.
- You will work with executives to promote an Agile mindset and best practices toward delivery success.
- You will write new methodologies and development practices and will help to implement those.
- You will collect feedback from the development team and improve current processes and practices.
- Act as an Agile Coach, concentrating on developing Execution leaders (Release Manager and Scrum Masters) and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide one agile release train.
- 10+ years experience in Software Development.
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- 3+ years of experience assessing team performance.
- Working knowledge of Agile development methods/techniques (such as User Stories).
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO).
