We are looking for an enthusiastic Activation Analyst to contribute and responsible to support both the digital and engagement efforts of Activation team.
Responsibilities
- Drive & direct execution of Activation efforts both digital & offline
- Collaborate and be in touch directly to external partners to drive activation growth
- Generate new business cases for activation / engagement plan
- Become the supporting role to manage and distribute administrative data
- Become the bridge between Mitra/ CS / BM's for administrative concerns or backlogs
- Preferably graduated with major Accounting / Economics / Business
- Fresh Graduate with Internship experience at Consulting Firm also welcome
- Proven experience as BD / Analyst at least 1-3 years
- Excellent in verbal communication and interpersonal skill to build good relationship
- Has a network and experience in the insurance world, especially in agency/Mitra development
- Understanding of insurance product (both retail/personal line and commercial line) will be a plus
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Have great enthusiasm and manner
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- People Person/sociable
