We offer an exciting career opportunity for our new outlet, After Rock Nightclub for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry points and crowd control to prevent unauthorized access; and maintain a safe environment for access to the nightclub premises
• Conduct security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering and leaving the nightclub premises to identify and address potential security risks
• Patrol the nightclub to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security
• Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure proper coverage of all areas of the nightclub
• Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular security briefings to update staff on security procedures and any relevant information.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
• Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, alarms, assist in investigating issue, resolving conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain documentation of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to security
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
• Stay updated on current security trends and best practices in nightclub security to continuously improve security operations.

• Indonesian citizen
• Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to nightclub operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
• Diploma degree is desirable
