Job Description :
1. Assess the credit risk profile of new business opportunities in the secured financing space. Structure risk based financing solutions that are appropriate for the needs and circumstances of the clients within the standard turnaround time by:
a. Reviewing clients’ historical financial statements, projections, other business information and macro economic sector dynamics.
b. Identify and evaluate all risks to the clients.
c. Identify suitable risk mitigation, management and monitoring strategies.
d. Define, design and implement safeguards to mitigate identified risks.
2. Prepare materials for formal credit approval requests.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management, ensuring the organization remains compliant and proactively addresses any emerging risks.
5. Audit processes and procedures of secured products.
6. Collaborate proactively with all stakeholders to support overall business initiatives and strategy, including addressing various inquiries from OJK and funding partners, due diligence activities, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience of Risk Management in Financial Services, particularly in secured products like invoice financing/ factoring, financing of automotives, properties and machines.
2. Proficiency in financial and collateral analysis, including the ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate the financial health of an organization, as well as conduct scenario analysis and stress testing.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, business units, external partners and customers, to facilitate the risk management process.
4. Have a good understanding of Indonesian regulations, law and industry practice.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate risks, risk management strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and anticipate potential risks, develop effective risk mitigation strategies, and make sound decisions in complex situations.
7. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary. Master Degree is a plus point.
