Job Description :
1.    Ensure full compliance of the financing operational execution as per requirement of credit committee.
2.    Ensure that financing related documents are delivered in a timely manner as per Service Level Agreement of each department.
3.    Manage financial securities / collateral, including invoices and paperwork of automotive, land, building and machines.
4.    Develop and or maintain centralized record keeping system for client files in compliance with Securities and Industry regulations such that confidentiality is upheld by safeguarding from unauthorized access, theft, or other loss.
5.    Monitor collateral preservation to guard against risk of delinquency or non-recovery paying attention to foreseeable credit loss.
6.    Collaborate proactively with all stakeholders to support overall business initiatives and strategy, including addressing various inquiries from OJK and funding partners, due diligence activities, etc.
7.    Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management, ensuring the organization remains compliant and proactively addresses any emerging risks.


Job Requirements:
1.    Minimum 8 years’ experience in Financial Services’ operations, particularly in secured products like invoice financing/ factoring, financing of automotive, properties and machines.
2.    Proficiency in collateral management including securitization procedures including fiduciary and mortgage deed.
3.    Have a good understanding of Indonesian regulations, law and industry practice.
4.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate risks, risk management strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5.    Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and anticipate potential risks, develop effective risk mitigation strategies, and make sound decisions in complex situations.
6.    Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary. Master Degree is a plus point.
