Requriements,

• Minimal Pendidikan Diploma (D3)
• Operational experience (Especially Logistic Or Seafreight)
• Well communicate with new people and maintain relationship with other ops department
• Ability to work and coordination related ops as required
• nnovative & experience to monitoring & maintaining tasks to improve SF ops
• Familiar to operating Ms. Office, (Excel, Word & PPT)

Responsibility,

• Monitoring SLA (IV IH) per Region & Follow up NV & Vendor for root cause (prolonged SLA)
• Monitor operation process & make sure it proceed according to SOP 
• Administration work invoicing Recap Outgoing SF Report
•  Submit Backlog Crisis Report in Force Majeure situation for SLA Breach Extension
• Handling Problematic shipment (Missing / Damage)
