We are growing our operation in Indonesia and we are looking for a Sea Freight Manager that has extensive ocean product experience.聽聽
聽What you will do:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Take over product P&L responsibility along with creating a national product strategy plan (aligned with regional & corporate plans)路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead a team of ocean freight executives路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Product set-up and responsibility for execution of SOP's路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Leading procurement and pricing ensuring buying rates are competitive in the market路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinating with Branch Managers and Operations team to ensure timely delivery & superior services to customers路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborating with Trade Lane Managers & Sales team to support customer development and retention management including own sales activities followed by implementation of new or existing customers路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Measuring and benchmark key performance indicators, such as productivity & profitability 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitoring bookings and develop core carrier relationships路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 International tender support聽聽The right candidate:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven LCL/FCL experience路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Management experience leading an ocean freight department路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Someone who can further build, rather than just control existing product路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High competency in handling Sea cargo shipments路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fluent in English, both written and verbal路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrative problem solving skills路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A passion for transport and logistics路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ideally educated to degree level聽聽聽What we can offer:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A comprehensive career plan with professional growth opportunities working in a business with a relatively flat organizational structure路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Autonomous role with the ability to implement your of own initiatives路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Dynamic work in a stable international company with a leading position in the air and sea freight market路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 An excellent basic salary and benefit package聽聽
