SDET Manager
Relevant Exp: Minimum 8 years
What willyou be doing ?
●Detailed Sprint Planning & Grooming & Scrums
●StakeHolder Communications -PM, TPM, Leads, VP
●Coach TLs for Team Workload Management
●Own QA delivery quality gaps and coach the team to fix
●People development / management
●Escalation management
●Keeps Track of Technical Debt (Optimizations in existing automation), Cost of Systems,
Process Adherence
●Plan and create new automation frameworks as per requirements
●1 on 1 with Team at defined frequency
●Regular Team Meetings
What do we expect from you ?
Must Have:
●Minimum 3 year of People management experience (Plus point if have experience in
OTA or e-Commerce)
●Well versed in Testing concepts
●Exposure to Mobile Apps (Android + iOS) or Web or API testing
●Good hands-on experience in Java Programming language
●Hands-on experience in Appium or Selenium or Rest Assured
●Exposure with TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Android Studio or Appium Desktop
●Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
●Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
●Proactive, self motivated, ownership attitude with good written & verbal communication
skills
●Good in reviewing work and automation artifacts
●Good in troubleshooting problems and issues
●Good experience in resource Hiring
●Good experience in preparing QA metrics, doing Performance Appraisals, Yearly
Reviews, etc.
Good To Have:
●Experience in execution optimization on Cloud Device farms
●Experience in JavaScript
●Hands-on experience in setting CI CD pipeline, Dockerization
●Prior experience in conducting team training for skill upliftment
