Your main duties in flying with us:
- To Facilitate Scrum Events : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Refinement / Grooming if needed
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
- Develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements
- Responsible for managing Scrum Artifacts with Product Owner & Development Team
- Coach Scrum teams towards improving Agile process and metrics
- Lead role and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with agile methods
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as scrum master
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Proactive, self motivated, ownership attitude with good written & verbal english communication skills
