Assist the sales team in driving sales volume by providing efficient support in the coordination of backend needs for customer acquisition, customer support and exception handling,  while ensuring that all procedures are aligned with agreed upon standard operating procedures.

Sales Administration

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness in entry and updates of purchase order into the system and generate accurate billing invoices by following SOPs
  • Target / Goals : Achieve accuracy and efficiency processing targets

Customer Support and Order Management

  • Keep track of end-to-end order and shipment processing status and update sales team in timely and accurate manner
  • Target / Goals : Achieve accuracy and timelines targets

Sales Support and assistance with Customer Engagement

  • Support account executives in the handling of customer complaints, issues and other requests by providing account executives with details, feedback and other helpful information pertaining to customers and orders.
  • Target / Goals : Improve customers’ experience and gather insights for process improvements

Process Adherence

  • Be updated on  system, process/SOP changes and ensure compliance
  • Target / Goals : Changes implementation

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related background
  • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
  • Ability to work across functions and in a matrix organization
  • Able to analyze and interpret data to be able to provide optimal solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Salesforce is preferred
  • Prior experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred

Skills

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency in CRM and Salesforce is a preferred
  • Proficiency in Written and Spoken English is preferred

  • (Basic Data Management) Ability to operate efficiently on excel to provide sales team with administrative and data support.
  • (Problem Solving Skills) Quick to understand and identify the root cause of a problem, and able to devise and execute a solution efficiently.
  • (Attention to Details) Meticulous to administrative details in order to minimise errors.
  • (Conflict Management Skills) Able to address customer concerns and derive a solution that can help customers solve their problems.
