About the Role

As our Sales Planning Manager, you will be the key person to provide guidance for the sales team on where they stand and where they should go. Your main objective is to provide the nationwide sales team with the performance data that they need, so that they can know how well they are doing in achieving the company targets and so that they can devise the best strategy to win the market based on the data you provide. You will also be responsible to ensure that there is clear accountability between our merchants and their respective salesperson.

What You Will Do

  • Create & oversee sales performance trackers
  • Monitor the performance of the whole nationwide Sales Team (both SMB sales and Partnership team)
  • Ensure that the nationwide sales team has all the data they need to achieve their target for all KRs
  • Liaise with regional teams for mapping of merchant and sales account managers
  • Setting target and create guidelines for the regions
  • Devise the best incentive scheme for the sales team, and calculate their achievement every month
  • Liaise with other teams (e.g. BI, Sales Strategy) when there is new KRs / data point that needs to be analysed

What You Will Need

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics 
  • Familiar with SQL and Google BigQuery, able to run and create query based on a given data requirement
  • Proficient in handling large amount of data using tools/softwares such as Googlesheet, Metabase and Google Datastudio
  • Great communication and understanding skill, able to explain technical terms in simple, understandable manner
  • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy
  • Clear understanding of GTF services and the tech industry
