This role is a key position who will closely collaborate with the sales team to build a world class sales system. This position will own problem ownership, actions, and accountability to the continuous improvement process & enhance the sales process by providing exceptional support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • System-Building : Formulate strategy to proactively identify sales operational problems, then develop and execute systems and processes to solve them:
  • Deep-dive into current end-to-end sales processes to identify chokepoints, inefficiencies and blockers. Solutioning with the goal of improving sales efficiencies by 2-3X, creating and maintaining SOP compliance Implementation and Full Adoption of CRM tools and systemsDrive the discovery, planning and adoption of sales tools such as lead generation tools, communication tools
  • Sales Operations: The mission is to enable, support and regulate the sales team to achieve a highly effective and efficient sales force for the organisation.
  • Creating streamlined training modules for sales onboarding, refreshers, and any new product / SOP updates
  • Working with sales managers on enabling skills training support for the sales team
  • Own the process of finalizing performance and commissions of the sales teams
  • Sales Operations: The mission is to enable, support and regulate the sales team to achieve a highly effective and efficient sales force for the organisation
  •  Creating streamlined training modules for sales onboarding, refreshers, and any new product / SOP updates
  • Working with sales managers on enabling skills training support for the sales team
  • Own the process of finalizing performance and commissions of the sales team

Who We Are Looking For

  • Having 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or operations process improvements
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
  • Understanding SQL/metabase is a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Target Oriented: Able to meet the department target, whatever it takes
  • Good Time Management: Self-organized person to maintain productivity between sourcing, calling and other possible administrative tasks
  • Proactively Customer-Obsessed: Shows sensitivity toward customer needs, able to gain deep understanding of users and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Excellent questioning skills
  • Knows how to collect info in a question format which can help you get objective feedback from the audience without bias
  • Understands the importance of setting up a hypothesis before collecting feedback and review.
