Sales Operation
The Sales Operations team at Xtremax is essential in optimizing processes, supporting sales activities, and enhancing efficiency throughout the sales cycle. They ensure accountability across team roles, enforce adherence to the sales process, and continuously analyze the workflow to improve its effectiveness, enabling the sales team to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibility :
- Drive the team to be accountable with their assigned roles and tasks, and enforce the sales process workflow
- Review sales deliverables for accuracy, quality, and adherence to requirements before submission or finalisation.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope, with proactive communication to stakeholders about the progress and any challenges.
- Analyse existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from diverse departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, and Technical team.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of sales activities and process.
- Manage multiple sales project simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- 1-2 years experience in sales operations, project management, or related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A keen willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle pressure
