We are looking for a dynamic and high-achieving Sales Manager to lead and manage our expanding Professional Employee Organization (PEO) team in the Indonesia. You will be responsible for leading a team to prospect, develop and close sales opportunities to grow our business in Indonesia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for the enablement and develop of the sales team to effectively prospect, qualify and build sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relations with customers
- Partner on go-to-market and sales development strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvements and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts and achievements to management
Who We Are Looking For
- Full proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- 3-5 years of proven track record of success in a sales management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience working in a PEO, Recruitment or Payroll company
- Experience leading a sales team is a plus
- Strong Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Customer Obsessed: Aptitude to earn trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
