Sales Strategy

  • Formulate, and execute the overarching sales strategy across both client acquisition and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvements on the sales teams’ understanding of our key customer segments.
  • Ensure that the Ninja Direct product remains competitive within the market.
  • Target / Goals : Team acquisition and retention revenue and CM targets, number of new acquisitions, number of active shippers per salesperson, number of salesperson meeting or exceeding targets

Performance Management

  • Ensure that sales targets are met by tracking and driving performance metrics and KPIs across the sales team
  • Target / Goals : Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance and activity metrics

Organizational Development and Team Management

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training and monitoring of quality salespersons to ensure that the capability of the sales team is sufficient to meet business objectives.
  • Target / Goals : Hiring on schedule and with 100% of salespeople hitting targets.

Commercial Reporting

  • Work across the sales team to Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, commercial insights and other performance reports.
  • Target / Goals : Ensure that reporting deliverables are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.


  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 4 - 6 years experience managing a high performing sales team
  • Experience within the logistics or international imports industry a plus
  • Proven track record of managing large sales pipelines and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and managing high performing sales employees
  • Proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to develop sales partnerships for all tiers of customers, but preferably partnerships with enterprise or big customers accounts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, sales training skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills. Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in English highly preferred
  • Logistics experience is a plus
