You will be responsible for selling LUXURY APARTEMENT / RESIDENCES By maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
AYANA Residences brings together some of the biggest names in high-end hospitality design and project management, to create Bali’s first integrated residential community. Located adjacent to the award-winning AYANA Resort and Spa Bali, AYANA Residences will consist of a limited number of luxury apartments and villas and an appointed Club House. All accommodation units are spacious and luxuriously-appointed, featuring the highest quality design, materials and craftsmanship consistent with AYANA’s world-class resort standards.
Responsibilities:
-Min. 2 years experiences at the same position.
- Has strong sales background in Apartment rental and hungry in Sales
-Has strong interpersonal skill and communication
-Fluent in English
-Good understanding of customer and ability to identify opportunities for business and development
-Willing to work in Bali
