  • Report directly to Senior Sales Manager to develop Sales strategy and effective implementation to achieve and exceeds budgeted Sales goal
  • Assisting preparation of yearly budget and expense proposal.
  • Fully understand of hotel product knowledge and unique selling point (USP) at AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach and AYANA Lako di’a.
  • Able to forecast, analyse and report sales and profit result
  • Work within the operational guidelines and come up with creative idea to develop sales strategy for each market and client customer.
  • Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers
  • Understanding sales strategy and implement effectively in responsible market.
  • Responsible for Europe, Russia, India and Middle East, USA Market's business throughout strategy making process, communication with key partners and sales representation compacies, and contracting and ensuring the accounts are producing
  • Must achieve 10 sales call is met on a weekly basis which includes online/offline sales call, webinar, entertainment and site inspection and other related sales activity
  • Attending and contributing to the monthly sales meeting, and weekly revenue meeting
  • Ensuring to achieve KPI target goals
  • To do sales entertainment and site inspection by qualified clients with hotel approval by DOSM or GM
  • Regular update on market intelligence of competitors.
  • Ensure all correspond and request is action within 24 hours from the time of receiving the request. Example. Via. Email, letter, fax, telephone call or face to face to face meet
  • Liaise closely with respective departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of contraced agencies FIT arrangement
  • Participate any projects given by EAM Sales.
  • Coach and guide Sales Executive a on day to day job duties
  • Must ensure excellent grooming and hygiene hotel standard in relation to presentation or personal grooming
  • Catching up Market's movement and arrange effective promotion depend of Market situation by discussing with Senior Sales Manager
  • Conduct Site Inspection, online and offline Sales Call, Webinar to presenting our Hotel's USP and most update features to promote Room, FB, Spa and Boat sales.
  • Maintain regular contact with key contacts in the appropriate market segments including site inspections and sales calls
  • Actively source new account and develop existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.
  • Qualify new travel agent partnership opportunity by understanding their business model, distribution channel, and potential business, and obtain company profile including business license prior to beginning a partnership
  • To be a consultant to client and assist them for their business needs, requirement to meet their objective
  • Participate online/offline Trade shows, conventional and promotional events within the industry and customer organization as necessary.
  • Record all sales activieis on Opera S&C Sales Activity, and updating Travel agencies profile and contacts on Opera
  • Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitors information to Senior Sales Manger.
  • Market intelligence and news update of individual market. Example. Newspaper, Business or Travel Magazine and to update Senior Sales Manager.
  • Perform all duties efficiently and in accordance with established hotel policies
  • Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Employee Handbook Service Standards
  • Has Experience in Similar Position at 5 start Resort
  • Has good communication and Interpersonal Skill
  • Has Excellent Leadership skills
  • Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Has related license, certificates, and (or) diploma to support candidate's qualification
