The Sales Lead Generator is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our Field Sales Executives. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A enthusiastic, dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture, qualify and follow up leads from multiple sources. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new sales opportunities
  • Develop and grow sales prospects lists to ensure a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets. 
  • Refer customer calls to respective sales persons
  • Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how Ninja Van’s solutions will match to those needs. 
  • Assisting in keeping track of sales person performance (back-end support of sales people)
  • Manage and maintain data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is relevant and accurate

Requirements :

  • Minimum of Diploma is required from any field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
  • Professional phone and email manner - ability to follow up and qualify leads, present the solution and handle questions, objections or other inquiries. 
  • Persuasive and possesses strong negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
  • Should be able to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office & Google platform/apps
