Sales Internal Communication Intern is responsible for providing an effective flow of information between the sales team. Working closely with the team, the Intern will be exposed to the various aspects of communications including content writing, social media design, video production, and broadcast communications. The Intern will also support staff engagement and recognition programs and events.

What Will You Do:

Provide administrative support including drafting communications, manage communication inbox, preparing presentations, researching, organizing data and running reports
Coordinate, design & load relevant and timely content for our internal sales communication channel (such as email, group channel, etc) and social media
Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects e.g. posters, cheat sheet, pull-up banners, flyers, and videos
Assist in the sales team events or programs e.g. Training, engagement programs, etc

Requirements:

Male/Female
Min Bachelor's degree any major or 3rd – 4th year undergraduates
Proficiency in operating design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc)
Posters design, image and video editing skills
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external parties by phone, email and face to face
Have a flexible, resilient, and positive can-do attitude, detail-oriented, have initiative and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
Good command in english is a plus
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
