We’re looking for a Sales Intern to join our Commercial team, to conduct thorough research and company mapping to identify and target potential clients within our key markets.
You will conduct market research to find our potential local hiring partner. We are offering our recruitment service for them - a talent discovery platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, identify the potential people to contact and gather relevant company data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects: find the right person in contact to sell our products
- Analyze and segment potential clients based on key criteria such as company size, industry, and market presence.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies to initiate outreach.
- Continuously optimize company mapping strategies to ensure a comprehensive and relevant database.
