AYANA Hospitality is looking for a Sales Executive - Events to join our team at AYANA Midplaza in Jakarta. Our company boasts a world-class reputation in the hospitality industry, and we are seeking a dynamic individual to help us grow our events business. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of events and event-related services, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Actively and persistently pursue new business opportunities for the events department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Manage the full event sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including food and beverage, sales, and marketing teams, to execute successful events.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Ensure that all sales-related materials are up-to-date and accurate.
  • At least two years of experience in event or hospitality sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.
