• Manage hiring reports for Promoters
• Review Promoter vendor partnerships
• Compile Promoter interview schedules
• Compile Promoter training schedules
• Coordinate with vendors who will be working with Indodana
• Monitor the Promoter fulfillment process
• Manage the Promoter training registration process
• Manage the Promoter database
• Monitor Consequence Management for Promoters and provide recommendations for necessary actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with administrative work experience are preferred.
• Basic understanding of administrative processes.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
