Role: Indonesia Country Director
Responsibility
- Business strategy and growth in Indonesia
- Strategic planning for Indonesia in collaboration with Regional VP and other functional teams.
- Develop local market, client and partners network, create and bring in business opportunities for various businesses in the country.
- Build, grow, and lead local teams to fulfill the regional/country sales targets/goals.
- Report to the Regional VP in terms of operation, business development, achievement and growth in the country.
- Accurate and timely forecasting, acting as a business leader to build a solid, predictable and recurring revenue.
- Building and closing a pipeline of significant Annual Recurring Revenue..
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with your largest customers, sharing product roadmaps, identifying areas of improvement, and leveraging Senior Leadership to strengthen business.
- Permanently checking the best set of actions to deliver against the revenue plan.
Requirements
- Technology Sales: Your successful track record will include 8+ years of relevant experience (at least 5 years leadership experience) within the Communications, eCommerce, Cloud Service, CDN industries, where you will have taken a solution oriented business approach to the full product selling life-cycle, driving company growth by consistently building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, enabling you to meet and aggressively exceed targets.
- Based in Jakarta and speaks Bahasa Indonesian.
- Candidates with relationships, networks and customers base from these industries will be prioritized: eCommerce, digital natives, conglomerates and financial institutions
