Sales Development Representative Intern

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative Intern to join our Online Talent Platform - Commercial team in Jakarta to support the growth of our business segment in Indonesia. The mission of this role is to support the OTP - Commercial team in achieving its target of increasing the number of new company engagements and driving revenue growth within the Glints marketplace. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the team to increase overall productivity by getting sales qualified leads
- Learning and improving your skills in sales acumen
- Get real-life cases in negotiating and closing clients
- Gaining a deeper understanding of administrative tasks and update it in a timely manner
Who We Are Looking For
- We are looking for candidates with internship experience in Business Development or Sales. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Target Oriented: Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet departmental targets, utilizing all necessary strategies and resources.
- Strong Time Management: Exhibits excellent self-organization skills to maintain productivity while supervising the team, sourcing candidates, making calls, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Proactively Customer-Focused: Displays keen sensitivity to customer needs, gaining a deep understanding of users, and developing solutions that effectively meet those needs.
- Exceptional Questioning Skills: Skilled in gathering information through objective questioning, recognizing the importance of establishing a hypothesis before collecting and reviewing feedback.
