About the Role:

The commercial team is structured in 3 sub-teams 

  • SDR (sales development Representative) -> they hunt and qualify new opportunities before setting up demo calls with the AE team 
  • AE (account executive) -> conduct demo calls with prospects and close  
  • AM (account manager) -> nurture and cross sell to the clients 

Part of the SDR team, you will be reporting to the SDR Lead and your mission will be to drive the business acquisition across Indonesia. 

This is a key role for the organization as we want to be seen as the leader of spend management in Indonesia within the next few months. We are highly ambitious and planning to recruit 100 talents in 2022. This is a unique opportunity to join a growth stage startup launching a new country. 

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Hunt new clients that are heavily spending on cards
  • Perform prospecting activities such as emailing, Linkedin outreach, cold calling and networking
  • Join all the events within your segment in Indonesia
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Drive referrals by your exceptional work 
  • Keep all records in our CRM 
  • Report to SDR lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

We would love to get to know you if you have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Hunting new opportunities is in your blood 
  • Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
