About the Job

At Xendit, we are seeking an Enterprise Business Development personnel who embodies our values and champions our customer-centric approach. As a representative of Xendit, you will identify, create and nurture top-tier strategic opportunities for growth and expansion at an enterprise level, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience throughout the business development process. Your role as a trusted partner to our organization will involve solving complex challenges across business development, client relations, processes, and systems.

We are seeking someone with a diverse skill set that includes exceptional communication, technological proficiency, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives. Your commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes, coupled with a positive and determined attitude, will be essential as you navigate all aspects of business development, including the most challenging tasks. With your relentless drive for success, you will take on a portfolio of strategic initiatives, focusing on high-impact opportunities and fostering growth for Xendit.

The Role & Scope

  1. Manage the full sales cycle, right from identifying ideal prospects, all the way to closing deals successfully.
    • Nurture & close  qualified lead passed from business development team.
    • Meet with interested companies to understand their business, plans, priorities and requirements in detail. Then provide relevant information on how Xendit can help.
    • Engage in business and technical conversations with multiple stakeholders in order to close deals as quickly as possible.  
    • Coordinate integration and onboarding discussions/activities to help clients to start transacting on our platform.
  2. Propose, lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
  3. Engage with internal stakeholders (eg: product, compliance) to represent client needs and drive product strategy.
  4. Work with Business Solution team on new business plan to identify new business opportunities and fully qualify these opportunities using Customer Centric Selling Sales Process 
  5. Maintains, develops and grows a rigorous pipeline, with accurate forecasting.
  6. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify cross-sell opportunities
  7. Captures and records customer information and sales activity data into customer relationship management (CRM) system and appropriate business systems
  8. Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales or B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Experience in selling payment solutions to businesses, with a strong understanding of payment technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and financial institutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly. Prospect and open up C-level relationships in new accounts, provide executive coverage and a back channel to executive management.
  • Data-driven - you rely on data to make decisions and you expect the same from everyone else

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SaaS payment platforms or similar technology-driven payment solutions.
  • Strong network and existing relationships within the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Familiar with CRM such as salesforce.
