About us

INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game).

Currently, INDICO starting to develop its business in AgriTech. Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel’s digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy.

What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Execute and enforce strategies to maximize revenue generated within the sponsorship & ad sales
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with distributors/ dealers/ merchants and understanding their needs

  • Works with internal support groups (R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, Shipping, etc.) to facilitate the sales process.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Develop business and handle advertising accounts to achieve sales targets, pursues and closes strategic accounts
  • Create go-to-market strategies by focusing on market localities and landscape
  • Execute marketing programs, advertising products, and pricing packages to increase sales revenue.
  • Organize and attend national, regional, and local trade shows to promote their product
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, business management, marketing, science in agriculture or any related field
  • Proven with min 5 year experiences as a sales and/or Marketing preferably in FMCG Industry
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, candidate with experience in agribusiness/agri-technology with understanding in rice crop life cycle and its by-products is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to strategically manage complex situations and formulate executable solutions in short time frames.
  • Can develop and manage overall project plans (identifying & monitoring resources: budget and people) ensuring seamless implementation
  • Fluent in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
