We’re looking for a Sales Admin to join our Operations team in Indonesia to provide administrative support for the sales and operations.
In this role, you will provide all aspects of sales administration support to the stakeholders in business and operations, including but not limited to the following
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating sales records, including record clients, and ensuring all supporting documents related to sales are well documented
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if required
- Work closely and coordinate with the sales team, finance, and operations as required
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor of Business Administration or similar preferred from a reputable school in Indonesia
- Min. 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or Sales Support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency with Google docs, spreadsheet, or excel formula (e.g pivot, vlookup, etc). Experience working with Hubspot will be a plus point.
- Organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
- Hardworking and reliable, able to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize efficiently
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- A good command of English, both verbal and written
