Rock Bar Manager - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bar Manager to work with our Food and Beverages team for Rock Bar at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Diploma in F&B, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
