Job Descriptions

Update and report to the Head of Curriculum & Content Kalananti team for any new initiatives related to Roblox/Unity Program
Research the possibility for new programs
Develop Kalananti program curriculum related to Roblox/Unity
Create a learning journey, lesson plan, and content guidance
Establish Roblox-Unity related subject concept scaffolding
Collaborate in designing learning materials and supporting materials (contents)
Create project prototypes/samples (Roblox/Unity)
Brief and train teachers for Kalananti program related to Roblox/Unity
Monitor and evaluate student's engagement to program with teachers
Compile and create fundamental knowledge for teachers in roblox/unity related subjects
Attend weekly company and division meetings
Participate in team-building and learning activities

Job Requirements

Strong fundamentals in game design
Basic knowledge of text language programming
Experience with Roblox
Creative and innovative thinker and planner
Have a good command of passive English
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with another team member
Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
