Responsibilities
- You will identify new opportunities and make recommendations to improve current credit proces (origination, processing, underwriting, and closing)
- You will evaluate operational, credit, and business proces, develope requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- You will collaborate with cross-functional units to understand their business needs, track project progress, and timeline fulfillment
- You will produce insights and actionable recommendations based on deep-dive strategy and project analysis on factual data
- You will work with stakeholders and product managers to understand, prioritize and solve the problems you’ve discovered
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Business, Project Management, IT/ Digital, Operations, Strategy Development from a start-up/tech company in financial service industry
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree, preferable in IT, Business/Administration, Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross functional units (Business, Products, Tech, Operations, etc)
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Competency in Microsoft Excel (must), and SQL is a plus
