Risk Portfolio & Collection Strategy

- Evaluating the performance of existing portfolio across lending products and provide insight and recommendation of risk mitigation plans
- Developing risk portfolio and collection policies and strategies as well as building solutions to mantain good loan performance result
- Identify portfolio optimization strategies in terms of both risk and return such as Top-Up, Up Sell and Cross Sell strategies
- To drive optimum portfolio profitability and set up risk controls by identifying early warning triggers criteria to prevent the losses and provide feedback for any trend/gaps seen
- Lead and drive collection strategy development for new process, partnerships, reporting and collection system development/conversion
- Establish collaborative relationships between the business function, credit risk, data analyst, underwriting and collection function to support timely oversight and assurance activities
- Design and execute strategy for complex, regulatory sensitive loss mitigation treatment programs (e.g., restructure, re-age, settlements) including off balance sheet strategis (ie recovery/asset buy/asset sales)
- Design collection segmentation, incentive framework, capacity planning for best result effectiveness
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with excellent GPA. Postgraduate/MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL/SAS/Programming language and advanced Microsoft Excell skills too (exposure to Power BI/Tableau would be advantageous but not essential)
- Having experience in lending business of financial institution with minimum 3 years, with minimum 2 years experience in portfolio and.or collection strategy
- Have sound knowledge in credit risk principles and credit loss concept and best practice applied to lending business
- Balanced focus on customer losses and outcome and possess analytical and logical by nature with a keen eye for detail
- Care about doing an excellent job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do in fast paced environment
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian) and able to communicate every policies and analysis to varied audiences including to collection team
