Risk Management - IT Risk (Junior)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the review of new product plans or activities related to IT risks from the first line of defense
• Coordinate the implementation of monitoring compliance with risk appetite, risk tolerance, and risk limits related to IT risk
• Coordinate, with the first line of defense, documentation of policies and procedures as well as setting IT risk limits
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the internal control system in the implementation of effective IT risk management
• Monitor the follow-up to incidents / risky incidents related to IT that occur at the Bank
• Assist Senior IT Risk to coordinate with related work units, especially IT, for completeness of risk control self assessment (RCSA) and key risk indicators (KRI) documents
• Coordinate the implementation of periodic evaluations of the suitability of assumptions, data sources, and procedures used.
• Coordinate improvements to the risk measurement system if there are changes in the Bank's business activities, products, transactions, and material risk factors
• Prepare presentation material for risk management committee based on direction from Senior IT Risk

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Informatics
• Min 1-2 years of experience in IT Risk or any related field
• Demonstrate good communication and writing skills and proficient with English written and spoken
• Have basic knowledge of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to the Bank's business activities
• Have basic knowledge of internal control, procedures, systems, operations, and risk management
