- Developing and updating business credit policies all of lending products, procedures and governance processes and ensuring the adherence of the policies.
- Developing acquisition credit risk and lending strategies as well as building solutions to prevent and detect credit loss.
- Providing performance analytics on new customers and identifying opportunities to enhance strategies and give insight recommendations to business.
- Develop customer acceptance criteria, credit limits and segmentation analysis to support business analytics and strategic.
- Utilize customer data points and performance to formulate strategy proposal of credit risk acquisitions to make the right decision at the right time.
- Managing the day to day credit risk relationships between the business function and underwriting function to support timely oversight and assurance activities.
- To drive new acquisition partnership, approval rate project as well mantaining best credit loss of the portfolio through finding better segment.
- Work closely with product and technology on developing system and tools for credit decision engine.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with an excellent GPA. A postgraduate/MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL/SAS/Programming language and advanced Microsoft Excell skills too (exposure to Power BI/Tableau would be advantageous but not essential).
- Having experience in lending business of financial institutions with a minimum of 3 years, experience in credit risk acquisition would be advantageous.
- Have sound knowledge in credit risk principles and credit loss concepts and best practices applied to lending business.
- Balanced focus on customer losses and outcomes and possess analytical and logical by nature with a keen eye for detail.
- Care about doing an excellent job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian) and able to communicate every policies and analysis to varied audiences including to sales team.
