Job Description

• Develop strategic initiatives to grow Shopee's revenue streams
• Identify & formulate strategy to develop potential new business opportunities
• Optimize & manage implementation of new policies to drive revenue growth
• Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any related field
• Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting / revenue related roles in tech industry
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
• Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well-rounded business sense
• Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and willingness to execute the ideas 
• Sound leadership skills
