Job Description
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow Shopee's revenue streams
- Identify & formulate strategy to develop potential new business opportunities
- Optimize & manage implementation of new policies to drive revenue growth
- Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any related field
- Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting / revenue related roles in tech industry
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well-rounded business sense
- Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and willingness to execute the ideas
- Sound leadership skills
