Revenue Operations Lead

Job Description

• Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy  
• Building & managing a team of 20+ relationship managers to help grow and manage sellers' paid ads operations
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance productivity and performance results
• Monitor & track team performance to achieve monthly KPIs such as revenue, sellers' return on investment and satisfaction

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any related field
• Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
• 6+ years of experience in related field and managing a big team
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
• Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well-rounded business sense
• Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and willingness to execute the ideas 
• Sound leadership skills
