Job Description
- Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy 聽
- Building & managing a team of 20+ relationship managers to help grow and manage sellers' paid ads operations
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance productivity and performance results
- Monitor & track team performance to achieve monthly KPIs such as revenue, sellers' return on investment and satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 Degree from any related field
- Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
- 6+ years of experience in related field and managing a big team
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia聽to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well-rounded business sense
- Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and willingness to execute the ideas聽
- Sound leadership skills
