We are looking for a Revenue & Market Analyst Assistant Manager who is highly motivated to work with our Sales & Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue to create and implement revenue management strategies.
- Assist with financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure revenue goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor competitor pricing strategies and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, market analysis, or in a related fields
- Understanding of market research and analysis techniques
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (PMS, RMS, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management or other relevant fields. Master's Degree is desirable.
