Revenue & Market Analyst Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Revenue & Market Analyst Assistant Manager who is highly motivated to work with our Sales & Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Work closely with the Director of Revenue to create and implement revenue management strategies.
• Assist with financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure revenue goals are aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and adjust pricing accordingly.

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, market analysis, or in a related fields
• Understanding of market research and analysis techniques
• Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (PMS, RMS, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management or other relevant fields. Master's Degree is desirable.
