Key Responsibilities
- Assist Revenue & Growth Manager in conducting regular and ad-hoc performance tracking, analysis and reporting for Flight products in Indonesia market, including developing quantitative models and projections to track and project results against targets on periodic basis (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) as well as to assess various ad-hoc business cases
- Conduct analysis to identify potential growth and revenue optimization initiative for Flight products in Indonesia market.
- Propose ideas and initiatives to optimize pricing for Flight products in Indonesia market as well as execute and monitor the impact of such initiatives.
- Monitor and benchmark competitors' and industry movement, to be factored into the relevant business analyses
- Assist Revenue & Growth manager in the execution of growth and revenue optimization initiatives, including facilitating cross-functional team discussions consists of Finance, Marketing, Data, Pricing, Product, Market Management, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years, preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial advisory, or commercial management role
- Must have strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Experienced in financial modeling and analysis or business strategy development
- Experienced in commercial deals/negotiation or business process improvement is a plus
- Have the bandwidth to process a large amount of information
- Graduated from business or engineering majors (e.g. Finance / Management / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics) from a reputable university
- Must have advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Data analytics experience is a plus
- Good command of both English & local language (fluency in both written & spoken is a plus)
- Excellent in execution and possess growth mindset
- Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability while also pay attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
