Restaurant Supervisor - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Restaurant Supervisor to work with our Food & Beverages team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Eloquent in English communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
• Diploma in F&B division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
