Reservation Supervisor | Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring a seamless booking process and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Summaries of responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.
• Assist guests with their reservation needs, including changes, cancellations, and special accommodations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor room availability and rates, and accurately input and manage reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Work closely with the front desk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Adjust rates and availability on OTA platforms as needed, based on demand and revenue management strategies.
• Analyze booking trends and provide recommendations to optimize revenue and occupancy levels.

• Past experience working in a similar role Minimum 1 year
• Proficient in PMS OPERA and OTA / B2B Extranet ( Must )
• Familiar with Channel Manager , Google suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well in a team
