Reservation Manager

We are looking for a talented Reservation Manager to take the lead with our business strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing hotel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns, counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and sending out confirmation notices. Reservation manager will be conduct directly report to General Manager or Director of Sales

• 1- 2 years minimum experience in the same field
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Hospitality background or relevant field
• Fully understand Opera Hotel System ( Mandatory )
• Able to understand revenue analysis will be advantage
• Interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skill
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
