Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming requests from resellers
- Create content and copywriting to communicate marketing campaigns to the reseller's community
- Perform after-sales duties and execute orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain mutual relationships with online resellers.
- Maintain day-to-day tasks of reseller administrative duties
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Management or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and have a positive work attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Having experience as an admin and passionate about sales are more preferred
- Good level in Ms Office (Excel, Word) & Google Workspace (Sheet, Docs)
- Intermediate level in design
