About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Researcher Lead. In this role, you will be an integral player within the Merchant Lending based in Indonesia. Focusing heavily on driving all research related task, you will communicate your findings to stakeholder , planning and evaluating research project. The folks in the product team will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly influence to build customer centric product development.
What You Will Do
- Independently drive all research-related tasks - planning, evaluating (Conducting interviews and surveys) and iteration
- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities
- Communicate your findings in a clear, concise, and visual (when appropriate) manner to our key stakeholders on the product and design teams, and drive meaningful action based on those findings
- Navigate both physical and digital environments and provide insights about user needs. Inform product delivery by testing solutions iteratively to make them more valuable to our users
- Engage and educate internal and external audiences who may be learning about research methods for the first time
- Manage complex, multi-phase projects simultaneously. Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
- Own end-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, Master’s degree or a PhD is preferred but not a necessity
- At least 5 Years of experience in UX Researches, Brand studies, Pricing/Tradeoff exercises (CBC/Maxdiff), U&A, Ethnography, Concept/Product Testing etc
- Experience in managing a research team and mentor them
- Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process
- Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product and business strategy
- Able to communicate with our users in Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to use statistics to produce UX/user artifacts, frameworks and other qualitative insights
