- Collaborate closely with a more senior member of the research team to support the review of reports.
- Act as a valuable sounding board for fellow researchers throughout the project.
- Participate actively alongside researchers in discussions with other teams while prioritizing accurate documentation (e.g., note taking, screen recording).
- Assist in organizing logistics for outreach research fieldwork sessions.
- Ensure strict adherence to project compliance requirements, including incentive management and project documentation.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a writer or in the research industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Graduation from English literature or humanities is a plus.
- Must possess a high level of diligence, attention to detail, and quick response time.
- Ability to work remotely with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Excitement for a fast-paced working environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in written English and Indonesian is required.
- Residing in Jabodetabek is required.
