- Oversee the development, alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the rewards programs, including organizational design.
- Market benchmarking to analyze and improve the internal equity.
- Review and ensure all programs, policies and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the company to providing recommendation as new regulations are enacted.
- Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports and provide insight on remuneration & reward for management.
- Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Have at least 1-2 years experiences in related field and hands on experience developing a remuneration and reward programs.
- Have good knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
- Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
