  • Oversee the development, alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the rewards programs, including organizational design.
  • Market benchmarking to analyze and improve the internal equity.
  • Review and ensure all programs, policies and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with the company to providing recommendation as new regulations are enacted.
  • Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports and provide insight on remuneration & reward for management.
  • Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Have at least 1-2 years experiences in related field and hands on experience developing a remuneration and reward programs.
  • Have good knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
