Job Description
- Contribute stable monthly achievement of funding team target
- Inform and educate Lenders about the company’s products, services and special offers
- Acquire and onboard new lenders pipeline with great potential to become long term premium lender
- Increase investment size of existing lenders that potentially become power lenders
- Streamline complaints/ issues and gather support from relevant functions (Operations, Customer Experience, Product etc) include but not limited to: lender dashboard, portfolio, investment activities and many more)
- Bachelor's Degree from any major with at least 2 years of working experience as Relationship Manager or relevant positions from Banking/P2P Industry
- Business english proficiency both oral & written
- Have strong network & contact books of potential premium lenders segment; able to bring new lenders to Amartha
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self starter with strong problem-solving attitude, customer-driven mindset and service excellence
- Based in Jakarta
